From central Duck River Valley, head southwest on Highway 70 (also known as Highway 13). Continue on Highway 70 for approximately 17 miles until you reach the intersection with Highway 191. Turn left onto Highway 191 and continue for about 4 miles. You will see signs for Nathan Bedford Forrest State Park. Turn right onto Pilot Knob Road, and the park entrance will be on your left after about 0.5 miles. The total driving time is approximately 30-35 minutes.
