Continue for approximately 6 miles until you reach the intersection with TN-69 South. Turn right onto TN-69 South and follow this road for about 15 miles. You will then reach the town of Hohenwald. In Hohenwald, follow signs for Fall Hollow Trail, which will take you to the trailhead for Fall Hollow Falls. Look for parking areas along Fall Hollow Trail.
