Continue for about 2.5 miles until you reach the intersection with TN-30 W. Turn right onto TN-30 W and follow it for approximately 5 miles. You will then turn left onto Greeter Falls Road. Follow Greeter Falls Road for about 1 mile and you will arrive at Greeter Falls Campground, located at 180 Greeter Falls Road, Altamont, TN 37301.

    Currently, public transportation options are limited within the Fall Creek Falls area. If you are relying on public transport, your best option is to use a rideshare service or arrange for a taxi from the nearest town, Spencer, TN. From Spencer, head east on TN-30 E for about 10 miles and then turn left onto Greeter Falls Road. Continue for about 1 mile to reach Greeter Falls Campground at 180 Greeter Falls Road, Altamont, TN 37301.
