Continue for about 2.5 miles until you reach the intersection with TN-30 W. Turn right onto TN-30 W and follow it for approximately 5 miles. You will then turn left onto Greeter Falls Road. Follow Greeter Falls Road for about 1 mile and you will arrive at Greeter Falls Campground, located at 180 Greeter Falls Road, Altamont, TN 37301.
