From the main entrance of Fall Creek Falls State Park, head southwest on Park Road toward the intersection with TN-284. Turn right onto TN-284 and follow it for approximately 6 miles. At the intersection with US-70, turn left onto US-70 and continue for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with Scotts Gulf Road. Turn right onto Scotts Gulf Road. Continue for about 4 miles, and you will find the entrance to Virgin Falls State Natural Area on your left. The total driving time is approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic.
