Start at the Franklin Square, located in downtown Franklin. Head north on 3rd Avenue N towards West Main Street. Turn right onto West Main Street and continue for about 0.5 miles. After that, turn left onto US-31 N (Nashville Rd). Follow US-31 N for approximately 16 miles until you reach the junction with James Robertson Parkway. Now, take a right onto James Robertson Parkway. The Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park will be on your left at 600 James Robertson Pkwy.
