From downtown Franklin, walk to the nearest bus stop on Main Street and catch the #10 bus towards Nashville. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at West End Ave & 31st Ave N. From there, transfer to the #26 bus heading to Cheekwood. After about 10 minutes, get off at the Cheekwood stop. The gardens are a short walk from the bus stop.

If you're up for a bike ride, start from downtown Franklin and head north on 5th Avenue N. Continue straight onto Highway 31 and follow it for about 6 miles. You'll need to take a left onto Forrest Park Drive. Cheekwood Botanical Gardens will be on your right after a mile. Make sure to use bike lanes where available and follow all traffic rules.

If you prefer to walk from downtown Franklin, head north on Main Street until you reach Highway 31. Turn left onto Highway 31 and continue walking for about 6 miles.
