Walking
If you are starting from the Franklin Historic District, head east on Main St toward 2nd Ave N for about 0.6 miles until you reach the intersection with S 1st St. Turn left onto S 1st St, and continue walking for approximately 0.3 miles. Cumberland Park will be on your left at 592 S 1st St. It's a beautiful park located near the river, and you will see its entrance clearly marked.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the Franklin Transit Center, take the Route 4 bus towards Nashville. Ride the bus for about 30 minutes, and get off at the stop located at 1st Ave S & Broadway. From there, walk east on Broadway, then turn right onto S 1st St. Walk for about 0.2 miles, and you will find Cumberland Park on your left at 592 S 1st St.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Franklin Farmers Market. Head north on Franklin Rd toward Old Hickory Blvd for about 0.4 miles. Then, turn right onto Old Hickory Blvd and continue for 1 mile until you reach the intersection with S 1st St. Turn left onto S 1st St, and Cumberland Park will be on your left after 0.3 miles. There are bike racks available at the park.
