Bus
From downtown Franklin, head to the Franklin Transit Authority bus stop at 1st Avenue and Main Street. Take the Route 1 bus heading towards Lewisburg. Make sure to check the schedule for the next bus. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'Lewisburg Highway' stop, which is closest to Pickers Creek Winery. From there, walk about 0.5 miles northeast along New Columbia Highway until you reach 1986 New Columbia Hwy, where the winery is located.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local shops in downtown Franklin. Start by heading south on Main Street, then turn right onto 4th Avenue. Continue straight, which will turn into New Columbia Highway after a couple of miles. Follow New Columbia Highway north for about 7 miles until you reach Pickers Creek Winery at 1986 New Columbia Hwy. Be sure to follow the bike lanes where available, and wear a helmet for safety.
Walking
If you’re feeling adventurous and would like to walk, start from downtown Franklin. Head south on Main Street towards 4th Avenue, then take a left onto 4th Avenue. Continue on 4th Avenue, which will eventually become New Columbia Highway. It’s about a 7-mile walk to Pickers Creek Winery, so be prepared for a good hike. Along the way, enjoy the picturesque scenery of the Tennessee countryside. Make sure to bring water and wear comfortable shoes.
