If you are driving, start by heading southwest on New Columbia Hwy (US-431) from the center of Lynchburg. Follow the highway for approximately 10 miles. You will pass through some beautiful Tennessee countryside. Keep an eye out for the signs indicating Lewisburg. As you enter Lewisburg, look for the address 1986 New Columbia Hwy. The Pickers Creek Winery will be on your right. There is ample parking available on-site.

To reach Pickers Creek Winery via public transportation, you will first need to get to a local bus service that connects Lynchburg or nearby cities to Lewisburg. Check local schedules for a direct bus route to Lewisburg. Once you arrive at the Lewisburg bus station, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service, as the winery is approximately 4 miles away from the station. Provide the address '1986 New Columbia Hwy' to the driver. The winery is located on the right side of the highway.
