Start at the Gatlinburg Space Needle located at 115 Historic Nature Trail, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. Head south on Historic Nature Trail for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with the Parkway. Turn left onto the Parkway and walk for approximately 0.5 miles. You will pass various shops and restaurants along the way. After 0.5 miles, turn right onto E Parkway. Continue on E Parkway for about 0.2 miles. Look for the signs that indicate the direction to Hellbender Mountain Coaster. You will need to turn left onto Silverbell Heights Lane. Follow this road for about 0.3 miles until you reach your destination at 498 Silverbell Heights Ln. The coaster will be on your right.

From the Gatlinburg Welcome Center, take the Trolley service that operates along the Parkway. Board the trolley heading towards the Arts and Crafts Community. Stay on the trolley for about 15 minutes until you reach the stop closest to the intersection of the Parkway and E Parkway. Get off and walk south along E Parkway for about 0.2 miles. Turn left onto Silverbell Heights Lane and continue for approximately 0.3 miles. Hellbender Mountain Coaster will be on your right at 498 Silverbell Heights Ln.

If you have a bike, you can start at the Gatlinburg Community Center located at 156 Proffitt Rd, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. Ride south on Proffitt Rd for about 0.5 miles until you reach the Parkway. Turn right on the Parkway and continue for about 1 mile. You will pass several attractions along the way. Eventually, turn left onto E Parkway. After about 0.2 miles, make a left turn onto Silverbell Heights Lane. Continue for about 0.3 miles, and you will find Hellbender Mountain Coaster at 498 Silverbell Heights Ln on your right.
