Walking
If you are staying in downtown Gatlinburg, head towards the Parkway, which is the main road running through the town. From the Gatlinburg Convention Center, walk east on East Parkway, then take a right onto the Parkway. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles. You will pass various shops and restaurants. The Hollywood Star Cars Museum will be on your left at 914 Parkway. Look for the large signs and car displays outside the museum.

Public Transportation (Trolley)
You can take the Gatlinburg Trolley which has several routes throughout the area. To reach the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, board the Trolley at the nearest stop to your location (check the Trolley schedule for the nearest stop). Make sure to choose the route that stops at the Parkway. Get off at the 'Gatlinburg Welcome Center' stop. From there, walk west along the Parkway for about 0.2 miles, and you will find the museum on your right at 914 Parkway. The Trolley runs frequently, making it a convenient option for tourists.
