    Starting from the Germantown Library at 7779 Poplar Ave, Germantown, TN 38138, head east on Poplar Ave. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto Kimbrough Rd. Continue straight for about 1 mile until you reach McVay Rd, then turn right. Howard McVay Park will be on your left after about 0.4 miles.
