If you are driving, navigate to the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail in Gatlinburg, TN 37783. From the Gatlinburg Welcome Center, head northeast on US-441 N. Turn right onto Historic Nature Trail, then continue straight to merge onto Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail. The entrance to the trail is clearly marked. Once you enter the trail, follow the loop road until you reach the parking area. The Place of a Thousand Drips is a short walk from the parking area, located along the trail.

Public Transportation
Currently, there is limited public transportation directly to The Place of a Thousand Drips. However, visitors can use the Gatlinburg Trolley service to reach the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail. Board the trolley at any designated stop in Gatlinburg and take the route that goes to the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail. Once you arrive, you may need to walk a short distance to the trailhead and follow the path to reach The Place of a Thousand Drips.

If you are already on the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail, after parking your car or arriving via the trolley, exit your vehicle and begin walking along the designated nature trail. The Place of a Thousand Drips is located a short distance from the main parking area. Follow the trail signs and you will soon arrive at this stunning natural feature. Be sure to wear appropriate footwear as the trail can be uneven.
