From the main entrance of Great Smoky Mountains National Park (using US-441), take Little River Road (TN-73) west towards Townsend. Continue on Little River Road for about 10 miles until you reach the junction with US-321. Turn left onto US-321 South. In approximately 3 miles, turn right onto Cavern Road. Tuckaleechee Caverns will be on your right at 825 Cavern Rd, Townsend, TN 37882.
