If you are driving, start by heading to the town of Gatlinburg. From the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance, take US-441 S (also known as Parkway) towards Gatlinburg. Continue on US-441 S for about 7 miles until you reach the center of Gatlinburg. Look for signs indicating River Road, and turn right onto River Road. Continue on River Road for approximately 0.5 miles, and you will find Mysterious Mansion located at 424 River Rd, Gatlinburg, TN 37738, on your right. There is usually parking available nearby, but be prepared to pay for parking if it is a busy season.

For those using public transportation, take the Gatlinburg Trolley from the nearest stop in the Great Smoky Mountains area. Board the trolley heading towards the Gatlinburg Welcome Center. Once you arrive at the Welcome Center, transfer to the River Road Trolley line. Ride the trolley until you reach the River Road stop. Mysterious Mansion is a short walk from there, located at 424 River Rd, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. Trolley fares are typically around $1 per ride, so be sure to have cash on hand for this.
