From Jack Daniel's Distillery, head southwest on Lynchburg Hwy (TN-55) for approximately 10 miles. Continue straight as the road becomes US-41A S. After about 5 miles, take a left onto TN-130 E. Continue on TN-130 for about 2 miles, then turn right onto TN-16 S. Follow this road for another 5 miles until you reach the entrance to Pennington Cave located in Winchester, TN 37398.
