To reach the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community in Gatlinburg, take the KAT (Knoxville Area Transit) bus to the Knoxville station. From there, transfer to the Pigeon Forge-Gatlinburg Trolley. Make sure to take the trolley towards Gatlinburg. The trolley will take you to the Gatlinburg Welcome Center. Once you arrive at the Welcome Center, you can board the Gatlinburg Trolley which has a route that stops at the Arts & Crafts Community. Get off at the 'Glades Road' stop, which is very close to your destination. Walk a short distance down Glades Rd and you will find the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community at 668 Glades Rd.

If you are staying in the downtown Gatlinburg area, you can easily walk to the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community. Start from the Gatlinburg Convention Center and head southeast on River Road. Continue onto Parkway and then turn right onto Glades Rd. You will walk approximately 1.5 miles until you reach 668 Glades Rd. The walk may take around 30 minutes, but it’s a pleasant stroll with plenty of shops and sights along the way.
