Once you enter the park, follow the signs pointing towards Old Forest State Natural Area. The entrance is located near the Memphis Zoo, and you will find well-marked trails within the natural area.

If you're comfortable riding a bike, you can rent one from a local bike-sharing program or bring your own. Start from Midtown and head south on Cooper Street, then turn onto Overton Park Avenue. Continue straight into Overton Park. Once inside the park, follow the bike-friendly paths to reach Old Forest State Natural Area. This route typically takes around 15-20 minutes depending on your speed.
