From the central area of Mississippi Delta, head northeast on US-61 N towards Memphis. After approximately 36 miles, take the exit onto I-40 E towards Nashville. Continue on I-40 E for about 45 miles, then take exit 56 for TN-76 toward Stanton. Follow TN-76 for about 9 miles, and the Hatchie National Wildlife Refuge will be on your right. Look for the entrance sign; parking is available on-site.
