From the center of Murfreesboro, walk to the nearest bus stop on East Main Street. Catch the Route 2 bus towards Manchester. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Manchester Transit Center. From there, transfer to Route 3, which heads towards the Old Stone Fort State Archaeological Park. Get off at the stop closest to the park entrance, and it will be a short walk to the park entrance located at 732 Stone Fort Dr.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local rental shop in Murfreesboro. Start your journey by heading east on East Main Street, then follow the Murfreesboro Greenway until you reach the outskirts of Manchester. Continue on State Route 55, which leads directly to Manchester. Once in Manchester, follow the signs for Old Stone Fort State Archaeological Park, located at 732 Stone Fort Dr. The ride will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your cycling speed.
