Getting There

  From Nashville, take I-24 E towards Chattanooga. Continue on I-24 E for approximately 65 miles. Take exit 114 for US-41 toward Manchester. Turn right onto US-41 S. After about 1 mile, turn left onto Stone Fort Dr. The park entrance will be on your left. Parking is available on-site.

  From Chattanooga, take I-24 W towards Nashville. Continue on I-24 W for about 60 miles. Take exit 114 for US-41 toward Manchester. Turn left onto US-41 S. After approximately 1 mile, turn left onto Stone Fort Dr. The park entrance will be on your left. Parking is available on-site.

• Public Transportation

  Take a Greyhound bus from Nashville to Manchester. The bus will drop you off at the Manchester Depot. From there, you can take a taxi or rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft) to the Old Stone Fort State Archaeological Park at 732 Stone Fort Dr, which is about 4 miles away. Confirm the fare with your driver before starting the trip.

  If you are coming from Murfreesboro, take the Rover bus service to Manchester. Once you arrive at the Manchester bus station, you can take a taxi or rideshare service to Old Stone Fort State Archaeological Park, which is approximately 4 miles from the bus station.
