From there, walk 1 block south on 5th Ave S to reach 106 Fifth Avenue South, which is the Historic Commercial Structure in the Broadway Historic District.

Turn left on 5th Avenue S and walk 1 block to arrive at 106 Fifth Avenue South, the Historic Commercial Structure.
