Walking
If you are starting from the Pigeon Forge Parkway (US-441), head north on the Parkway. You can walk from any hotel or attraction along the Parkway. Look for the intersection with TN-71 (Dolly Parton Parkway). Turn right onto TN-71. Continue walking for about half a mile, and you will see Heritage Carriage Rides on your right at 2530 TN-71.
Public Transit
If you are near the Pigeon Forge Trolley stop, take the Blue Route Trolley towards the Dollywood area. Get off at the stop nearest to the intersection of TN-71. From there, you will have about a 10-minute walk. Head east on TN-71, and you will find Heritage Carriage Rides at 2530 TN-71.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride along the Parkway. Head north on the Parkway and take the right onto TN-71. Biking will take about 10-15 minutes. Heritage Carriage Rides will be located on your right at 2530 TN-71.
