If you're in downtown Gatlinburg, head south on the Parkway towards River Road. Walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with River Road. Turn left onto River Road and continue walking for another 5 minutes until you see Mysterious Mansion on your right at 424 River Rd.

Take the Gatlinburg Trolley from any stop along the Parkway. Board the trolley and ask the driver for the stop nearest to River Road. Once you get off, walk toward River Road and turn left. Mysterious Mansion will be a short walk ahead on your right at 424 River Rd.
