Look for the large sign of the Pigeon Forge Gem Mine, which is near the intersection with Wears Valley Road. It should take about 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point.

Use the Pigeon Forge Trolley system, which is a convenient way to get around town. Find a nearby Trolley stop on the Parkway. Board the Trolley that is heading towards the Dollywood area. Stay on the Trolley until you reach the stop closest to 2865 Parkway, which is usually marked with signs for local attractions. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk south to the Gem Mine.

If you prefer to bike, several rental shops are available along the Parkway. Rent a bicycle and head south on the Parkway towards 2865 Parkway. Follow the bike lane and keep an eye out for the Pigeon Forge Gem Mine sign on your right. The ride will take you about 10 minutes, depending on your pace.
