From the center of Pigeon Forge, head south on the Parkway (US-441). Walk for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with Mill Creek Road. Turn left onto Mill Creek Road and continue walking for approximately 0.5 miles. Smoky Mountain Ziplines will be on your left at 509 Mill Creek Rd.

Catch the Pigeon Forge Trolley at any trolley stop along the Parkway. Make sure to take the Blue or Green Route. Ride until you reach the stop at the intersection of Mill Creek Road and the Parkway. From there, walk left down Mill Creek Road for about 0.5 miles. Smoky Mountain Ziplines will be on your left at 509 Mill Creek Rd.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Pigeon Forge. Start on the Parkway heading south. After about 1 mile, take a left onto Mill Creek Road.
