If you're starting from the Pigeon Forge Community Center located at 170 Community Center Dr, head east on Community Center Dr until you reach the intersection with Wears Valley Rd (US-321). Turn left onto Wears Valley Rd and walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach Old Mill Ave. Turn right onto Old Mill Ave, and continue walking for about 0.3 miles. You will see Winterfest riverwalk on your right side, just past the Old Mill.

Public Transportation
From the Pigeon Forge Trolley Station, board the trolley heading towards the Old Mill area. The trolley runs regularly, and you can check the schedule at the station. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Old Mill stop. Once you get off, walk down Old Mill Ave for about 0.1 miles, and you will see Winterfest riverwalk on your left. It's a short walk from the stop.

If you have access to a bike, start from the Pigeon Forge Community Center and head east on Community Center Dr. Merge onto Wears Valley Rd (US-321) and bike for about 0.5 miles until you reach Old Mill Ave. Turn right onto Old Mill Ave, and after biking for about 0.3 miles, you will find Winterfest riverwalk on your right.
