From the center of Pigeon Forge, locate the nearest bus stop for the Pigeon Forge Trolley. Take the Green Route towards Dollywood. Ride the trolley until you reach the stop at Dollywood Lane and Wears Valley Road. This will take approximately 20-30 minutes. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles. Head northwest on Wears Valley Road, then turn left onto Little River Road. Continue on Little River Road until you reach the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Walker Sisters Place is located within the park, approximately 1 mile from the entrance. Follow the signs to the historic site, which will be on your right. Make sure to check the trolley schedule for return times.

If you're up for a biking adventure, rent a bike from a local shop in Pigeon Forge. Start at the Pigeon Forge Community Center and head east on the riverwalk trail. Follow the trail until you reach the intersection with Wears Valley Road. Turn left onto Wears Valley Road and bike towards the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It’s about a 5-mile ride from the community center. Once you reach the park entrance, continue straight on Little River Road for about 1 mile until you see the signs for Walker Sisters Place on your right.

Walking
For those who prefer walking, start from the Pigeon Forge Community Center. Head west on the Parkway until you reach the intersection with Wears Valley Road. This is approximately a 1-mile walk. At Wears Valley Road, turn left and walk for about 2 miles until you reach the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. From the park entrance, continue on Little River Road for about 1 mile. Look for signs directing you to Walker Sisters Place, which will be on your right. This entire walking route is approximately 4 miles one way, so be prepared for a long trek.
