From the center of Sequatchie Valley, head south on Highway 127. Continue on Highway 127 for about 20 miles until you reach the town of Dunlap. In Dunlap, follow signs to merge onto US-127 S toward Chattanooga. Stay on US-127 S for approximately 25 miles. When you approach the city of Chattanooga, keep left to stay on I-24 E. After about 3 miles, take exit 185 for Broad St. Turn right onto Broad St, and the Tennessee Aquarium will be on your left at 1 Broad St, Chattanooga, TN 37402.

From Sequatchie Valley, you will need to take a local bus or a rideshare service to reach the nearest public transportation hub. If you can get to Dunlap, you can catch a bus to Chattanooga via the Southeastern Tennessee Development District (SETDD) transit service. Once you arrive in Chattanooga, you can take a local bus (look for the Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority, CARTA) that stops near the Tennessee Aquarium. Get off at the nearest stop and walk to 1 Broad St, which is just a short distance away.
