Bledsoe Creek State Park: A Nature Lover's Paradise

Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, start by getting onto I-65 N from your current location in Northern Middle Tennessee. Depending on your starting point, follow local roads to reach I-65 N. Once on I-65 N, continue for approximately 25 miles. Take exit 95 for TN-386 N toward Gallatin. Merge onto TN-386 N and continue for about 10 miles. Take the exit for US-31E N toward Gallatin. After about 2 miles, turn left onto TN-25 W. Continue on TN-25 W for roughly 4 miles, then turn left onto Zieglers Fort Rd. Bledsoe Creek State Park will be on your left at 400 Zieglers Fort Rd, Gallatin, TN 37066.

• Public Transportation and Taxi

  If you prefer to use public transportation, start by taking a bus to Gallatin from Nashville. You can catch a Greyhound or a local transit bus that operates between Nashville and Gallatin. Upon arriving in Gallatin, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft) to reach Bledsoe Creek State Park. The park is about 10 miles from the Gallatin bus station, and a taxi ride should cost approximately $20-$30 depending on the service and time of day.

• Bicycle

  For the adventurous, consider biking to Bledsoe Creek State Park. If you're starting in Gallatin, you can ride north on US-31E N. Use the bike lane and stay on the shoulder for safety. Continue on this route for about 6 miles, then turn left onto TN-25 W. After about 4 miles, turn left onto Zieglers Fort Rd. Bledsoe Creek State Park will be on your left. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow traffic laws.
