From Smyrna, head to the nearest bus stop on Sam Ridley Pkwy. You can catch the Route 89 bus towards Nashville. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 to 40 minutes until you reach the Music City Central Transit Station in downtown Nashville. Once there, transfer to Route 7, heading towards West End Ave. After a 10-minute ride, get off at the stop closest to 2500 West End Ave, which is Centennial Park. The park entrance will be within a short walk from the bus stop.

Follow the sidewalks through the outskirts of Smyrna towards Nashville, approximately 20 miles. This will take about 5 to 6 hours of walking, so ensure you have enough water and snacks. Once you reach Nashville, follow signs to West End Ave, and Centennial Park will be located at 2500 West End Ave.
Bicycle

Follow the Greenway until you reach the Cumberland River, then navigate towards the West End Ave. This route is approximately 20 miles and will take around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your cycling speed. Once you reach West End Ave, follow the signs to Centennial Park located at 2500 West End Ave.
