Turn left onto Neyland Drive and continue for about 1.5 miles. Then, turn right onto Sutherland Avenue. After approximately 0.5 miles, take a left onto Kingston Pike. Continue on Kingston Pike for about 2 miles, then take a right onto University Commons Way. The Three Rivers Rambler will be on your right at 2560 University Commons Way, Knoxville, TN 37919.
