If you are driving, start from downtown Sparta, TN. Head northeast on E Bockman Way toward N Spring St. Continue on TN-111 N for about 10 miles until you reach the exit for TN-154 W. Follow TN-154 W for approximately 4 miles until you see the signs for Virgin Falls Trail. The trailhead is located at the end of Virgin Falls Trail. Please note that parking is available at the trailhead, but there may be a small fee for vehicle access.

Public transportation options are limited in the Upper Cumberland region, but you can take a Greyhound bus to the nearest city, which is Cookeville, TN. From there, you would need to arrange for a taxi or a rideshare service to take you to Virgin Falls. The distance from Cookeville to Virgin Falls is about 30 miles, and the taxi or rideshare cost may vary. Make sure to confirm prices beforehand.

After arriving at the Virgin Falls Trailhead, prepare for a hike. The Virgin Falls Trail is approximately 5 miles long and takes you through beautiful forested areas to the falls.
