Take Route 2, which heads towards SW 6th Ave. Ride the bus for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the stop at SW 6th Ave and S Georgia St. From here, walk south on SW 6th Ave for about 5 minutes until you reach 3511 SW 6th Ave, where Amarillo Route66 is located.

If you are near the Amarillo Botanical Gardens at 1400 Streit Dr, you can bike to Amarillo Route66. Head east on Streit Dr, then turn left onto S Georgia St. Continue north on S Georgia St for about 1 mile, then turn right onto SW 6th Ave. After about a quarter-mile, Amarillo Route66 will be on your right at 3511 SW 6th Ave.
