Take Route 2, which heads towards SW 6th Ave. Ride the bus for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the stop at SW 6th Ave and S Georgia St. From here, walk south on SW 6th Ave for about 5 minutes until you reach 3511 SW 6th Ave, where Amarillo Route66 is located.

Head east on Streit Dr, then turn left onto S Georgia St. Continue north on S Georgia St for about 1 mile, then turn right onto SW 6th Ave. After about a quarter-mile, Amarillo Route66 will be on your right at 3511 SW 6th Ave.

From the Amarillo Public Library located at 413 SE 4th Ave, head southwest on SE 4th Ave towards S Harrison St. Turn left onto S Harrison St, and then turn right onto SW 6th Ave. Continue walking for approximately 1 mile, and you will find Amarillo Route66 at 3511 SW 6th Ave on your left.
