If you're traveling by car, head towards Austin, TX. From downtown Austin, take TX-71 W for about 20 miles. Merge onto US-281 N and continue for 5 miles. Take the exit toward TX-620 W and follow it for approximately 6 miles. Turn left onto Rockies Run Summit. Falconhead West Primitive Park will be on your right. There is no entry fee to access the park, but parking may be limited.
