If you are near the Texas State Capitol, head to the bus stop located at 11th St & Congress Ave. Take Capital Metro bus number 1 (North Loop) towards the North Loop. The ride will take about 10 minutes. Get off at the stop at 4th St & Congress Ave. From there, walk south on Congress Ave for about 5 minutes until you reach 419 Congress Ave. The Mexic-Arte Museum will be on your right.
