Getting There

• Public Bus

  Start your journey at the nearest bus stop to your location. If you're in downtown Corpus Christi, head to the nearest bus stop on McKenzie Street. Take the #15 Southside bus towards South Side. Stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes. When you reach the intersection of S Padre Island Dr (TX-358) and W Loop 463, get off the bus. From there, you will need to walk approximately 0.5 miles south on S Padre Island Dr until you reach the entrance to Osprey Overlook.

• Bicycle

  If you have access to a bike, start from the downtown area and head towards S Padre Island Dr via the city bike paths. Follow the bike lanes along the waterfront, taking care to stay on the designated bike routes. Continue on the bike path until you reach the South Side area. Osprey Overlook is located off Unnamed Road, which you can access from the bike paths along S Padre Island Dr. The total distance from downtown to Osprey Overlook is approximately 6 miles, and it may take around 30-40 minutes depending on your pace.

• Walking

  If you're looking to walk, start from the downtown area. Head south on Chaparral Street until you reach S Padre Island Dr (TX-358). Turn right and continue walking along the sidewalk for about 2 miles. As you approach the intersection of W Loop 463, you will see the sign for Osprey Overlook. It is a short walk from the main road. Expect the walk to take around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your walking speed.
