To get to Globe Life Field from downtown Dallas, start by heading to the nearest DART Light Rail Station, such as the Akard Station or the St. Paul Station. Board the Blue Line train towards the 'Dallas Convention Center'. Ride for about 10 stops and get off at the 'West End Station'. Transfer to the Trinity Railway Express (TRE) at the West End Station; you will need a ticket for this train. Board the TRE heading towards 'Fort Worth'. After 5 stops, disembark at 'Arlington' station. From there, it’s about a 20-minute walk to Globe Life Field. Head southeast on E. Division St toward Stadium Dr, then turn left onto Stadium Dr, and continue until you reach the stadium.

From downtown Dallas, locate the nearest DART bus stop and take bus route 402 towards 'Parker Road Station'. This bus will take you closer to Arlington. Randol Mill Rd, then turn left onto Stadium Dr and walk straight until you reach the stadium.
