From downtown El Paso, head to the nearest Sun Metro bus stop. Take Route 34 (Alameda) towards the 'Transmountain & Woodrow Bean' stop. The bus will take you through several neighborhoods, and you will enjoy views of the city along the way. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at the 'Transmountain & Woodrow Bean' stop. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk to the El Paso Museum of Archaeology. Head north on Woodrow Bean Transmountain Drive until you see the museum on your left.

Bicycle
If you're comfortable biking, you can rent a bike from a local bike-sharing program. Starting from the downtown area, head north on Mesa Street until you reach the intersection with Transmountain Road. Continue on Transmountain Road, following the bike lanes. After about a 15-minute ride, you will reach the El Paso Museum of Archaeology located at 4301 Woodrow Bean Transmountain Drive. Make sure to follow traffic rules and wear a helmet for safety.

If you are staying near the park area, you can enjoy a scenic walk to the museum. Start at the Franklin Mountains State Park entrance and head north. Follow the trails that lead towards the museum area. It will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your pace. The walk offers beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding landscape. Upon reaching the museum, you will find it located at 4301 Woodrow Bean Transmountain Drive.
