    Start at the El Paso Downtown Transfer Center, located at 601 Santa Fe Street. Take Bus Route 6 (the 'Montana' line) towards 'Montana and Zaragoza'. Ride for approximately 25 minutes and get off at the stop for 'N. Loop Dr. & Gateway Blvd'. From there, transfer to Bus Route 77 (the 'Sunland Park' line) heading towards 'Sunland Park Mall'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop for 'Franklin Mountains State Park'. Walk along North Franklin Mountain Trail for about 10 minutes until you reach the El Paso Tin Mines.

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in downtown El Paso. Head north along Santa Fe Street, which will turn into N. Mesa St. Continue on N. Mesa St. until you reach the intersection with N. Loop Dr. Turn right onto N. Loop Dr., following it until you reach the Franklin Mountains. Use North Franklin Mountain Trail to access the El Paso Tin Mines, which is about a 30-minute bike ride from downtown.

Loop Dr. After approximately 1.5 miles, you will come to the entrance of the Franklin Mountains State Park. Follow the signs along North Franklin Mountain Trail for about 15 minutes to reach the El Paso Tin Mines.
