Once you arrive at the Downtown Transfer Center, you can transfer to Bus Route 1. Take Bus Route 1 towards 'Cielo Vista Mall' and get off at the 'Arts Festival Plaza' stop. The El Paso Museum of Art is located at 1 Arts Festival Plaza, just a short walk from the bus stop.

The museum will be on your right at 1 Arts Festival Plaza.
