Walking
From the center of Kern Place, head west on the intersection of Cincinnati Avenue and N. Oregon Street. Walk towards the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) campus. Continue walking west until you reach the intersection with W. University Avenue. Turn left onto W. University Avenue and walk south. Keep walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the entrance to the UTEP campus. Enter the campus and follow the signs to the Lhakhang Temple, which is located in the Lhakhang Building, directly on your left. The total walking distance is approximately 1 mile and should take around 20-25 minutes.

If you'd prefer to use public transportation, you can catch the Sun Metro bus route 11 at the bus stop along N. Oregon Street. Board the bus heading towards UTEP. The fare for a single ride is $1.50. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop near the UTEP campus. From there, walk west towards the university entrance and follow the directions provided for walking.
