Public Bus
From downtown Fort Worth, walk to the nearest bus stop and catch the Trinity Metro Route 1 towards the Fort Worth Central Station. Ride for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the Central Station. Transfer to the DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) at the Central Station, and take the DART Blue Line towards the Galatyn Park Station. Ride for about 45 minutes, getting off at the Victory Station. From there, it's a short walk to the American Airlines Center located at 2500 Victory Ave.
Train
Head to the Fort Worth Central Station and board the Trinity Metro TEXRail line towards DFW Airport. Ride for about 30 minutes until you reach the Grapevine/Main Station. Here, transfer to the DART light rail and take the Blue Line towards the Galatyn Park Station. After approximately 45 minutes, get off at Victory Station. The American Airlines Center will be just a short walk away at 2500 Victory Ave.
Rideshare (e.g., Uber or Lyft)

This option is direct and will take approximately 40 minutes from downtown Fort Worth, depending on traffic.

If you're up for a bike ride, you can rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations in Fort Worth. Head towards the Trinity River Trail and follow the trail northward. You'll eventually connect to the DART Blue Line trail that leads to Dallas. Continue on this trail until you reach the American Airlines Center at 2500 Victory Ave. This ride will take around 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on your pace.
