    If you are near downtown Fort Worth, you can take the Trinity Metro bus route 7. Board the bus at a stop on Main St or 1st St. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time as it may vary. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at Colonial Pkwy @ 1989 Colonial Pkwy. From there, the Fort Worth Zoo will be a short walk down Colonial Pkwy to your left.
