    From Galveston, head to the nearest bus stop for the Island Transit service. Take the Route 1 bus towards the Ferry Terminal. Ride until you reach the Galveston Ferry Terminal. Once there, take the ferry across to the Kemah area. The ferry ride provides beautiful views of the Gulf and typically runs every 30 minutes. After disembarking, follow the signs towards Main Street, then take a left on 6th Street. The Kemah Lighthouse is at 706 6th St, just a short walk from the ferry landing.
