Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from central Gulf Coast, head south on Highway 288 toward Surfside Beach. After about 23 miles, take the exit toward Surfside Beach. Merge onto Bluewater Highway (TX-332) and continue for approximately 3 miles. You will see Stahlman Park on your right at 2211 Bluewater Hwy, Surfside Beach, TX 77541. There is free parking available at the park.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, you can take the local bus service from Gulf Coast to Surfside Beach. Look for the bus that goes toward Surfside Beach and get off at the stop closest to Bluewater Highway. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk (approximately 0.8 miles) north on Bluewater Highway to reach Stahlman Park at 2211 Bluewater Hwy. Be sure to check the bus schedule for timings and fares, which may vary.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike in Gulf Coast and follow the same route as the driving directions. Biking along Bluewater Highway is scenic, and it will take approximately 1 hour to reach Stahlman Park. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local traffic rules.   If you're nearby and wish to walk, head towards Bluewater Highway from your location in Gulf Coast. Depending on your starting point, it may take some time, so plan accordingly.
