If you're starting from the Houston Museum District, walk to the Museum District Metro Rail Station on Main St. Take the Metro Rail Red Line towards the Northline Transit Center. Ride for 5 stops (approximately 15 minutes) and get off at the Main St. Square Metro Station. From there, exit the station and walk one block south on Main St, then turn right on Texas Ave. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach Annunciation Catholic Church at 1618 Texas Ave.
