Getting There

  • Public Transit - Metro Bus

    If you're near a Metro bus stop, you can take either the 40 or 50 bus lines. For instance, if you're starting from the Museum District, catch the 40 bus at the stop near the Houston Museum of Natural Science. Ride the bus heading towards Downtown. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at the 'Main St @ Rusk St' stop. From there, walk two blocks north on Main Street and then turn left onto Bagby Street. Continue walking until you reach the Downtown Aquarium at 410 Bagby St.

  • Public Transit - Metro Rail

    If you're near a Metro Rail station, you can take the Red Line towards the Downtown area. For example, if you're at the Reliant Park station, board the train and stay on for about 10 stops. Disembark at the 'Main St Square' station. Once you exit, walk north on Main Street for about 5 minutes, then turn left onto Bagby Street.
