Public Transit - Metro Bus
If you're near a Metro bus stop, you can take either the 40 or 50 bus lines. For instance, if you're starting from the Museum District, catch the 40 bus at the stop near the Houston Museum of Natural Science. Ride the bus heading towards Downtown. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at the 'Main St @ Rusk St' stop. From there, walk two blocks north on Main Street and then turn left onto Bagby Street. Continue walking until you reach the Downtown Aquarium at 410 Bagby St.
Public Transit - Metro Rail
If you're near a Metro Rail station, you can take the Red Line towards the Downtown area. For example, if you're at the Reliant Park station, board the train and stay on for about 10 stops. Disembark at the 'Main St Square' station. Once you exit, walk north on Main Street for about 5 minutes, then turn left onto Bagby Street. The Downtown Aquarium will be on your right at 410 Bagby St.
Walking
If you are already in the Theater District or nearby, you can easily walk to the Downtown Aquarium. From the Alley Theatre, head south on Texas Avenue for two blocks until you reach Bagby Street. Then, turn left on Bagby Street and continue walking straight for about half a mile. The aquarium will be on your left at 410 Bagby St.
Biking
Houston has bike-sharing services available. If you can rent a bike, locate a nearby station and pick one up. Head towards downtown, following the designated bike lanes. You can take the bike lanes along Allen Parkway and then head south on Bagby Street. The Downtown Aquarium will be at 410 Bagby St. There are bike racks available for parking your bike.

If you prefer a more direct route, consider using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. Simply open the app and enter 'Downtown Aquarium' or the address '410 Bagby St, Houston, TX 77002'. The driver will take you directly to the entrance of the aquarium.
