If you are starting from downtown Houston, walk to the Main Street Square Transit Center. From there, catch the METRO Bus Route 52 (Kashmere Gardens) heading east. Ride the bus for approximately 25 minutes and get off at the stop near Munger Street. Walk south on Munger Street for about 5 minutes until you reach Smither Park at 2441 Munger St.
Public Transit - Light Rail
Begin your journey at the Main Street Square light rail station in downtown Houston. Board the METRO Light Rail Red Line heading towards the Northline Transit Center. After 5 stops, get off at the Fannin South station. Transfer to the METRO Bus Route 40 (Market / West Loop). Ride for about 20 minutes and get off at the stop for Munger Street. Walk south on Munger Street for about 5 minutes until you arrive at Smither Park.
