  If you are starting from the Killeen Civic and Conference Center located at 3601 S W S Young Dr, Killeen, TX 76542, exit the center and head northeast on S W S Young Dr toward E Central Texas Expy. After about 0.3 miles, turn right onto E Central Texas Expy. Walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with E Green Ave. Turn left onto E Green Ave and continue walking for about 0.4 miles. The Public Fountain will be on your left at E Green Ave, Killeen, TX 76541.

  From the Killeen Bus Station at 2100 E Stan Schlueter Loop, board the Route 1 bus heading toward the Killeen Mall. Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes and disembark at the stop near E Green Ave. After exiting the bus, walk approximately 0.2 miles north on E Green Ave. You will find Public Fountain on your left at E Green Ave, Killeen, TX 76541.

  If you have access to a bicycle, you can start from the Killeen Main Library located at 205 E Church Ave, Killeen, TX 76541. Head east on E Church Ave for about 0.2 miles until you reach S 2nd St. Turn right on S 2nd St and continue for 0.3 miles. Then turn left onto E Green Ave and ride north for another 0.5 miles.
