Getting There

• Public Bus

  If you are in downtown Lubbock, head to the nearest bus stop. You can take the Citibus Route 5 (South Loop) which runs regularly. Board the bus heading towards South Loop 289. Stay on the bus for about 20-25 minutes. Look for the stop near S Loop 289 and University Ave. Once you get off, walk south along S Loop 289 for about 5 minutes, and you will see the Science Spectrum & OMNI Theater on your right at 2579 S Loop 289.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer biking, start at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. Head south on Avenue Q until you reach 19th Street, then turn right. Continue on 19th Street until you reach S Loop 289. Turn left and bike along the Loop for about 2 miles. The Science Spectrum & OMNI Theater will be on your left at 2579 S Loop 289. Make sure to follow bike lanes and use caution at intersections.

• Walking

  From the Lubbock Public Library (located at 1306 9th St), head south on 9th Street until you reach University Avenue. Turn left and walk south until you reach 19th Street. Turn right onto 19th Street and continue to S Loop 289. At S Loop 289, turn left and walk east for about 1 mile. The Science Spectrum & OMNI Theater will be on your right at 2579 S Loop 289.
